MY STORY

I came to coaching when I discovered the power of tuning in to the human. Time and again over my 20 year career working with businesses from start-ups to Proctor & Gamble and KPMG, I noticed traditional leadership styles that don't factor our human nature can leave leaders and their teams tired, frustrated and ineffective, and at times struggling to access their full potential. As a leader and a colleague, I realised that tuning in to our human delivers results, whether it's creating a vision you can confidently share, increasing your vulnerability and empowering your leadership team or accepting feedback that's hard to hear but enables you to lead better.

I believe every leader has the potential to effect significant, lasting and positive change in their business performance, the lives of the humans they lead, and the wider community.
